Indy Eleven host Tampa Bay as part two of a double header weekend.

After a tough draw last time out against the Charleston Battery, The Indy Eleven look to get just their second win at home on Saturday night. The boys in blue will take the turf at Carroll Stadium to host the Tampa Bay Rowdies at 7:00 PM. The Indy Eleven are sitting at eighth on the table with twenty-one points through eighteen games played while their opponent sit at second on the table with thirty-four points through nineteen games played. Tampa Bay is coming off of a 1-0 loss their last time out against the Birmingham Legion.

The boys in blue and the Rowdies have seen each other once very early this year. The Indy Eleven traveled down to St. Petersburg in the first weekend of the season. The first half saw nothing but cards and subs in the first matchup between these two teams. It wasn’t until the 57’ that the Rowdies would go up 1-0. The Indy Eleven would wait til the last possible second when they were awarded a penalty in the 90+6’ which Quinn put past the keeper to bring things even. These two teams have seen each other sixteen times prior to Saturday's match. Tampa has won four matches, Indy has won three, and a draw has been the final result nine times.

Since then, both teams have gone through some changes, the biggest of those being the departure of Tampa Bay’s head coach, Neill Collins, who took a job at Barnsley FC in the EFL League 1. For the Indy Eleven, the biggest news has all been player related. The most recent news for the team was the return of Stefano Pinho to the Circle City. Pinho was with the team last season before taking a brief break to go back home and play. After just a few months, the team announced that Pinho would be returning to the team. The Indy Eleven will be without Robby Dambrot after Dambrot picked up a second yellow in the last game resulting in a red card and a suspension.

Saturday marks a massive day for the Indy Eleven as the USL W League championship game will kick off at 2:00 between the NC Courage U23 team and the Indy Eleven at the Mike.
